Throwing a children’s party in North London?
Finding the right venue can be a challenge. There’s plenty to think about, from parking and clear signposting (you want your guests to find the venue easily!) to the space and facilities available inside.
We’ve hosted loads of parties in the area, making us pro’s at identifying venues with plenty of room for dancing and ensuring the facilities meet your needs.
Please note – these recommendations are based on our personal experiences and opinions. We’re not sponsored by any of these venues – we simply want to share some of our favourites to make your planning a little easier!

Castlehaven Community Association (Devas garden room!)
23 Castlehaven Rd
Camden Town
London
NW1 8RU
Charity No: 295829
Company No: 2069107
This hall is slightly more central, but still close enough to north London. It’s so good that I couldn’t not include it in my top five! Devas Garden Room certainly has a lot to offer for an intimate party setting. It has a kitchen and even a bar area, so there’s no shortage of facilities!
The hall itself is average size with enough room to accommodate everyone. It has a pretty little garden area for the children to let off some steam too. Parking is free on Sundays but trickier to park on other days.
Arkley Village Hall
Formed in 1965, the Association can trace its origins back over one hundred years from various groups, each serving the local community in Arkley. As an Association of these groups it is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) that exists for the benefits of the inhabitants of Arkley and the local neighbourhood.
As a voluntary organisation it provides a community facility for both educational and recreational needs, with the Arkley Village Hall, adjoining field and Tennis Club central to this. The hall itself is big and airy with beautiful greenery surrounding it.
Now you’ve booked the perfect venue, it’s time to fill it!
We provide your little one’s favourite fairytale characters, complete with all the equipment and props needed for party entertainment, and a sound system to fill the hall with music, dancing and nonstop fun for all!
